Shipping & Returns
Once your order is placed, a final design mockup will be shared with you on WhatsApp for personalised products only. Your order will be processed and delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location. We want you to love your purchase. In case of any manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note — since personalised items are made exclusively for you, they are not eligible for returns, cancellations or refunds once processed.
