Shipping and Delivery

We know the wait is the hardest part, so here is exactly how we get your order to you, what it costs, and how our payment options work.

Order processing and dispatch

Most of our products are made to order, so we get to work as soon as your order is placed. We make and dispatch most orders within 48 to 72 hours.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 699. For orders below Rs. 699, a small flat fee of Rs. 49 applies. Your shipping charge, if any, is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, your order usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Payment options and Partial COD

You can pay online using Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and wallets like Paytm. We also offer Partial COD for cash on delivery orders.

With Partial COD, you pay a small advance of Rs. 99 online when you place your order and pay the rest in cash when it arrives. A Partial COD charge of Rs. 49 also applies, which is paid to the courier company. The Rs. 99 advance and the Rs. 49 Partial COD charge are non-refundable.

Why we do not offer full Cash on Delivery

We would love to offer full Cash on Delivery, but too many full COD orders were returned unopened, and for a small brand that adds up to real losses. Partial COD lets our genuine customers order with confidence while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

Tracking your order

Delivery across India and international

We deliver right across India. For international delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp 8971307171 or email hello@qrioh.com before placing your order, and we will help you with the options.

Please check your address

Please double check your delivery address and phone number before placing your order. We are not able to change the address once an order is dispatched, and orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may come back to us.

Undelivered or returned orders

If an order comes back to us undelivered because it was refused, the address was incorrect, or you were not available, you can have it re-shipped after paying the additional shipping charges, or we can deduct the shipping and handling charges and refund the balance to you as store credit. Please note that any Partial COD advance and charges already paid are non-refundable.

Delays beyond our control

Sometimes things outside our control, like natural calamities or courier delays, can slow down delivery. In these cases, order cancellations, refunds, or replacements are not applicable for the delay.
